Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Quarter your purple cabbage
  2. Shred the cabbage into smaller slices
  3. Place the shredded purple cabbage in a bowl and add the olive oil
  4. Add the tomatoes
  5. Slice up your bell peppers
  6. Add the chilli to taste
  7. Mix all together with some fresh squeezed lime juice
  8. Add lemon grass powder (dry some lemongrass and put it through the food processor if you cannot find a good organic supplier)
  9. Add your spirulina also (we are using 100% organic naturally occurring spirulina available from thaiorganiclife.com )
  10. Just add your spirulina on top of the salad and mix it up
  11. Add cashew nuts and serve
